K9 Advocacy Manitoba is a registered charity dedicated to helping manage the overpopulation of stray dogs and cats in rural and Northern First Nation communities. What began as a local dog rescue in 2015 has grown into large a volunteer-run organization that partners with rescues across Canada.

In 2025 alone, thanks to supporters like you, we rescued over 1,200 dogs and 1,080 cats, giving 2,280 animals the opportunity for a brighter future.

Every ticket sold helps us provide veterinary care, food, transportation, and safe foster homes until each animal finds the loving family they deserve.

BarkFest The Ultimutt Dog Party! is a festival of fun celebrating everything dogs, but an important focus is our Raising Funds for Animal Rescue Groups initiative in support of this year's chosen recipients, K9 Advocacy Manitoba, Manitoba Mutts Dog Rescue, and Manitoba Underdogs Rescue. Our dream is to work together as a community to support animal welfare and raise critical funds for animals in need.

Raffle ticket sales will be divided evenly among this year's 3 selected Rescue Groups. Winner will be drawn September 22 at 10:00 am and announced on our socials within a week after the event. *This is an online raffle and you do not need to be present to win.*
