The last year has been difficult on a global scale, and those facing life limiting illnesses, their families and caregivers, were among the hardest hit. 2020 shone a light on the importance of having quality end-of-life care available universally so no one suffers unnecessarily, no one dies alone and family and friends are able to say goodbye and grieve their losses.
Thousands of people across Canada will be Hiking to raise public awareness for hospice palliative care during Hospice Palliative Care Week, May 2-8, 2021!
