How does this fundraiser help Transcona?

Transcona has long been known as Park City and Transcona Rotary has done it's part to have it remain so!! There are many parks in our area that bear Rotary affiliation, such as Rotary Centenary Park and Rotary Heritage Park (locally known as Train Park). Our latest park venture is a playground/park in Waterside Estates, where we helped raise funds and donated to the undertaking to bring a playground to the area. 

In recent years, along with International projects, we have donated funds to local high schools upon graduation and to Transcona Railer Express. We have made donations to Park Manor Personal Care Home for new tables on residents rooms. 

Speaking of Heritage Park and Engine 2747, Transcona Rotary has made a significant monetary contribution to the building fund at Transcona Museum to fund a building to protect it from the elements for generations to enjoy.

With your help, Transcona Rotary will continue to fund local projects that benefit Transconians and their families.
